Chuck Searles

Chuck Searles is an experienced training manager currently at Snap-on Equipment since October 2021. Prior to this role, Chuck served as President of the Automotive Management Institute from August 2020 to October 2021. Chuck's extensive background at Nissan North America spans nearly two decades, where roles included Training Curriculum Manager, Training Operations Manager, Training Senior Planner, Training Instructor, and Technical Specialist, from April 2001 to August 2020. Earlier in Chuck's career, an automotive technician position was held at Nissan from October 1992 to April 2001. Chuck completed an Associate of Science in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Universal Technical Institute, with additional educational experiences at Middle Tennessee State University and Austin Peay State University.
