Paul Cassidy

Paul Cassidy is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Finance Director at Snap-on Tools since April 2018, Cassidy previously held the position of Finance Director at Ricoh Middle East from May 2010 to March 2017, where responsibilities included implementing accounting policies for a new Free Zone enterprise and managing a large team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Other notable roles include Finance Director at Sotheby’s Realty, where Cassidy earned the Group RCI Chairman’s Award for outstanding performance, and several positions at RCI Europe, including Financial Controller and European Finance Manager, contributing to important financial reporting and system enhancements. Cassidy holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
