John Hansen

John Hansen is a People Research Scientist with extensive experience in admissions and research. They served as the Assistant Director of Admission and Admissions Officer at the University of Puget Sound from 2009 to 2012. John transitioned to the Harvard University Graduate School of Education as a Research Methodology and Technology Specialist from 2017 to 2018, before becoming a Senior Research Associate at the Washington State Institute for Public Policy from 2018 to 2019. They later advanced to Amazon as a Senior Research Scientist and Manager from 2021 to 2022, and currently hold positions at Snap Inc. as Manager and Lead People Scientist. John earned a Doctorate in Quantitative Policy Analysis from Harvard University in 2018, following a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound in 2007.
