Jeff Richards has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff started their career in 2008 at Grady Hospital, where they served as the Department Director and Chief Anesthetist for almost ten years. In 2017, they joined SnapCare as the Senior VP of Business Development and Client Management, and later became the Chief Operating Officer. During their time at SnapCare, they also briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, they joined SnapNurse as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, they joined Paymint.today as the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Jeff is a co-founder of InstaStaff, where they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer since 2017.

Jeff Richards has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Pre-Med from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992. Jeff later pursued a Master of Medical Science degree in Anesthesiologist Assistant from Emory University from 1996 to 1998. In 2016, Jeff also completed a Value Analysis Certificate Course from Belmont University. In 2016-2017, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kennesaw State University. Additionally, Jeff also holds a CAA (Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant) certificate obtained from NCCAA in June 2010.
