Snapchef
Todd Snopkowski has extensive experience in the food industry and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. In 2001, they founded Snapchef Culinary Staffing and Training, where they serve as the CEO. Todd is dedicated to workforce development, community building, sustainability, and hunger alleviation. In 2015, they also co-founded the SNAPchef Foundation with their wife Daniela. Todd foresaw the need for trained temporary kitchen staff in the food service industry and created a solution through SNAPchef. In 2018, they became a co-founder of Loophole Brewing Services. In 2019, they took on the role of CEO of Wicked Good Food Hall Concepts at Wicked Good Food LLC. Prior to these ventures, Todd worked at Aramark/Cisco as the NE Regional Chef from 1992 to 2001.
Todd Snopkowski attended Boston University School of Social Work in 2007, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Before that, from 1987 to 1991, they studied Culinary Arts, Nutrition, and Facilities at Niagara County Community College, earning an AOS degree.
