Evangelos Dante Kotsinas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and success management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support & Success for EMEA/APAC at TeamSupport, Evangelos previously held the position of Senior Client Success Manager at SnapEngage from May 2014 until its acquisition by TeamSupport. Evangelos is an active member of Gain Grow Retain, a community focused on customer success leadership. Earlier experiences include serving as Program Director at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, where significant contributions were made to enhance academic programs and participant satisfaction. Evangelos also gained valuable sales and operational experience at Marcus Evans and Maersk Line, achieving remarkable results in client engagement and sales targets. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Geography from King's College London and a BA in Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business.
