Neeraj Pancholi

Neeraj Pancholi has significant work experience in finance and accounting roles. Neeraj started their career as a Cost Accountant at Next Group Plc in 1997 and then worked as a Finance Analyst at Brantano from 1998 to 2000. Neeraj joined Ramesys in 2000 and served as a Management Accountant before becoming the Financial Controller from 2003 to 2007. Neeraj then worked as a Finance Manager for Accounting and Reporting at John Laing from 2007 to 2011. Neeraj continued their career at Morgan Sindall as a Financial Controller for Community Solutions Partnership Services Ltd from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Barclaycard as a Finance Business Partner for a brief period before taking on the role of Financial Controller at Home Energy Services Ltd, where they worked until 2016. Neeraj's most recent position was with Synergy Logistics Ltd, where they started as Head of Finance in 2016 and then became the Chief Financial Officer in 2019.

Neeraj Pancholi attended Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth College from 1990 to 1992, but did not obtain a degree. From 1992 to 1995, Neeraj Pancholi studied Accounting and Finance at Nottingham Trent University, earning a BA degree.
