Jacky D.

Jacky D. has over seven years of work experience in various roles. Jacky started their career at Future Shop as a Retail Sales Consultant from March 2014 to May 2015. Jacky then joined LED Smart Inc. as an SMT Team Leader from January 2016 to October 2016, and later worked as a PMC Engineer from October 2016 to November 2017.

In January 2018, Jacky joined SnapPay Inc. as a Software Engineer. During their tenure, they gained extensive hands-on experience in web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, DOM, ES6/7, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Jacky also worked with frameworks like VueJS, ReactJS, and Angular to develop responsive and cross-browser compatible applications. Jacky is proficient in using Node.js for backend support and has experience with Redux for state management. Jacky also has knowledge of web accessibility guidelines.

Currently, Jacky is working at Snaplii, where they started as a Senior Software Engineer in April 2021. Jacky has since been promoted to the role of Software Team Lead, which they started in January 2023.

Jacky D. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta between 2010 and 2015. In January 2019, Jacky also achieved a certification as a W3 Certified JavaScript Developer from W3Schools.com.
