Nikki Bito-on

Nikki Bito-on is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Snappr since April 2022. Previously, Nikki held the position of People Solutions Consultant at Coinberry from February 2021 to February 2022 and was the Head of Human Resources at MedGrocer from February 2017 to December 2020. Nikki's early career included significant roles at AIESEC, where responsibilities included Vice President for Expansion at AIESEC in AdMU and National Director for Expansion for AIESEC in the Philippines. Additionally, Nikki gained experience as a Project Intern at the Department of Transportation and Communications in mid-2015. Nikki earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, completing studies in 2016.
