Craig Ratterman

Craig Ratterman is an experienced professional in business development and sales within the multifamily real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Snappt since September 2025, Ratterman leads initiatives to combat fraud and enhance trust in the multifamily application process. Previously, as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Funnel Leasing from October 2024 to September 2025, Ratterman focused on leveraging AI and automation to elevate renter experiences. Ratterman's foundational roles at Newmark included managing transactions and performing financial analysis for a portfolio exceeding $4 billion in multifamily assets.
