Mike Weaver currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Snappt since November 2025, while also being an active Leadership Council Member at Coastal Intelligence and a member of the LA CTO Forum since July 2019. Prior to his role at Snappt, Mike held senior engineering positions at Replicant and Invoca, where significant achievements included tripling engineering productivity, launching successful products, and expanding services into European markets. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Mike has led engineering teams, integrated competitive technologies, and implemented DevOps principles across various organizations, including cielo24, Citrix, Celerus Diagnostics, CrystalVoice Communications, and ABC-CLIO. Mike Weaver earned a BS in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
