Thressa Nichols

Thressa Nichols has extensive work experience in the field of people operations and talent. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of People Operations at Snappt Inc since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People, Talent, and Culture at Genomenon, Inc from June 2022 to February 2023. Thressa has also held leadership positions at Groundspeed Analytics, Inc., where they were the Head of People Operations and Talent from June 2021 to May 2022, and the Director of People Operations from August 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as the People Operations Lead at Multiverse Investments from September 2019 to June 2020.
