Hesam Khaki is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at SnappTrip, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Hesam held various positions at Devolon from May 2021 to August 2024, including Product Lead and Technical Product Manager, managing multiple software projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Hesam also served as a Technical Product Manager at Snappfood from October 2018 to May 2021, where significant contributions included leading a team to enhance the user experience and supporting rapid e-commerce expansion during the COVID pandemic. Earlier experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Snappfood and ACACO involved backend development and technical leadership, focusing on performance optimization and code redevelopment. Hesam holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University and Imam Khomeini International University, respectively.
