Courtney Bock-Hencken, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of US People & Culture at Snappy since May 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Manager, People Business Partner. Prior to this role, Courtney was with myHR Partner, Inc. from August 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included guiding the HR Services team and providing HR support focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for comprehensive HR support, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at T-Mobile, offering strategic direction for HR strategies aligned with business growth. Courtney began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at Calsonic Kansei North America, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University, and further education at Rutgers University.
