Dvir C. is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Snappy Gifts, a leading data-driven gifting platform. Prior to this role, Dvir served as a Senior Software Developer at the Civil Service Commission in Israel and co-founded Sideways, an app that helps drivers find parking spaces. Dvir holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
