Hamutal Oren-Fox

Hamutal Oren-Fox currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Snappy, where leadership of the People and Culture function is a primary responsibility. Previously, Oren-Fox held the position of Chief People Officer at Venn City and served as EVP of People at Cuebiq, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company’s HR function and driving various employee experience and performance management initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at NICE Actimize as HR VP, overseeing a global HR division, and multiple HR leadership positions at NICE Ltd, where substantial employee engagement and organizational growth were achieved. Oren-Fox’s early career includes significant HR management roles at NICE Systems and strategic account management at Adam Milo. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical Criminology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Ben-Gurion University.
