Vanessa Wang has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Vanessa started their career at SynergySuite in 2016 as a Front End Engineering Intern, where they designed and developed reusable components using AngularJS and jQuery. Vanessa then interned at Visa in 2017, creating a virtual shopping experience application using facial recognition, speech interface, and Visa payment APIs. In 2018, Vanessa joined Snapsheet Inc and held various roles, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and currently as the Lead Software Engineer.
Vanessa Wang completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Statistics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018.
