Szibilla Kondella has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Szibilla is currently working at SnapSoft as the Head of People & Culture and Talent Engagement Specialist since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Karrier Hungária as the Recruitment Team Leader - IT & Technology from July 2018 to September 2020, where they were responsible for providing recruitment solutions to major international and Hungarian corporations. Szibilla also held the position of Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Karrier Hungária from July 2016 to September 2020. Before joining Karrier Hungária, they worked at REED as a Research Consultant - IT & Technology from February 2015 to July 2016. In this role, they actively sourced and pre-screened IT specialists, conducted candidate assessments, and participated in client meetings. Szibilla started their career as an HR Administrator at the Local Government in July 2014.

Szibilla Kondella obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Budapest Business School. Szibilla attended the institution from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they earned a Black Belt in Tech Recruiting certification from SocialTalent in March 2018.
