Eric Dominguez

Eric Dominguez is the Co-Founder at SnapStays, Inc. Eric has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and technology industries.

Previously, Eric was the Chief Operating Officer at FLT Media from January 2012 to December 2016. There, they built the company from an idea to over $10MM in product sales. Eric also managed business development, marketing, partnerships and technology for a performance marketing start-up. In addition, Eric coordinated multiple outsourced service providers and integrated them into our internal processes.

Before FLT Media, Eric worked as an Associate at Barclays Capital from January 2011 to December 2011. There, they assisted sponsors in evaluating optimal capital structures for potential LBO candidates. Eric also evaluated strategic exit opportunities for portfolio companies and recommended appropriate leverage levels for potential IPOs. Furthermore, Eric helped assess how the debt markets and credit agencies would respond to a bolt-on acquisition. Lastly, they provided various currency hedging options for a foreign acquisition.

Prior to Barclays Capital, Eric was the Associate Director at Standard & Poor's / Guidepoint Global from January 2008 to December 2010.

Eric's first entrepreneurial endeavor was GoTime, which they co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board from January 2006 to December 2007.

Eric Dominguez has a Bachelor's Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Full-time MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Information Systems from Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
