Jeffrey Blair is currently the Senior Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at the Greater Houston Partnership, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as Director for EMEA at the same organization from 2013 to 2019, facilitating foreign company relocations and promoting the Greater Houston region abroad. Prior to that, they were the Head of North America at the West Holland Foreign Investment Agency and the Area Director for South East U.S. at the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency. Jeffrey founded Blair Acquisition & Management BV, where they consulted with economic development agencies from 2000 to 2012. They are currently pursuing a BSc in Military Science from the University of Maryland in Berlin.
