Vitaly Gladyshev

Vitaly Gladyshev has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry since 2008. In 2008, they began as a Corporate Tax Consultant at GSL Law and Consulting. In 2009, they moved to Noble House Group as a Finance Manager, where they managed to attract several loans for new business projects. In 2011, they moved to Agvel Enterprises Ltd as a Finance Manager, where they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits and compliance. In 2013, they moved to Truetech Trading PTE Ltd as a Chief Financial Officer, where they were accountable for the full financial function for the group and implemented a system of internal control that saved 10% of the Group costs. In 2015, they moved to MANOT s.r.o. as a Chief Financial Officer, where they established a finance department from the ground up and built and developed a global team. Finally, in 2021 they moved to Snark.art as a Chief Financial Officer, where they work with world-famous and digital artists to create blockchain-based crypto art.

Vitaly Gladyshev completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit at Orenburg State Agricultural University (OSAU) from 2003 to 2008. In 2010, they were a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School in the field of Business. From 2008 to 2011, they attended State University - Higher School of Economics and obtained an international accounting and audit certification. Vitaly then pursued a Master's degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Central Lancashire from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are completing a Master's degree in Performance Art Producer at the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - GITIS.
