Sheikh Abbas

In the current role at SNB Capital, Sheikh Abbas serves as the Senior Vice President. Prior to this position, Sheikh Abbas held the title of Vice President at Saudi Fransi Capital. In both roles, Sheikh Abbas is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of high occupancy levels, achieving rental growth, and maximizing net property income for REIT properties. Additionally, Sheikh Abbas acts as the main point of contact for the Property Manager to drive organic growth, build relationships with tenants, and identify property enhancement opportunities.
