Fernando Espellegar has over nineteen years of experience as a Structural Steel Checker and Detailer, currently serving as a Team Leader at SNC Engineering, Inc. since July 2011. Specializing in the use of Tekla Structures (X-Steel), Auto-Cad, and Intellicad PE V. 3, Fernando has demonstrated expertise in both local and international projects. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines, earned between 1994 and 1999.
