Charles Puech D’alissac

CEO, VIIA & Combicargo at SNCF

Charles Puech d’Alissac began his career as a planning manager at Strass and Marchal Dupuy. In September 1990, he joined SNCF Group, working at STVA in a number of roles, including operations controller, head of sales and traffic, key accounts sales representative, company manager of Ortrans and later Valtrans, and head of platform operations. He was later appointed Executive Chairman of STVA UK.

In late 2011, he moved to the SNCF Logistics business unit to take over the running of Novatrans, Naviland Cargo and Ermefret in Berlin. He also recommended the creation of Forwardis.

Mr Puech d’Alissac also heads two other Group entities—NRS and Décor—and sits on the boards of Lorry Rail and Gennevilliers-based Paris Terminal. On 15 June 2020, he was appointed CEO of VIIA, SNCF Group's rail motorway operator. He continues to serve as CEO of Naviland Cargo.
