Frédéric Hervio

Frédéric HERVIO has extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as Responsable d'applications and Responsable Fonctionnel AMOA at SNCF since January 2008, overseeing the SPOT project focused on managing maintenance operations for railway installations across France. Frédéric leads a team of four, conducts meetings with stakeholders, and manages project planning and specifications validation. Prior to SNCF, Frédéric worked at EURODECISION as an Ingénieur en Optimisation, where skills in application development and algorithm optimization were applied in projects for Eurotunnel and France Télécom R&D. Earlier experiences include software development roles at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research, Net4Any, and SIG-IMAGE. Frédéric holds a DESS MAI in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Institut des Mathématiques Appliquées (IMA).
