Laetitia Moison

Laetitia Moison is a UX Designer currently working at SNCF, focusing on enhancing user experience for both employees and travelers through project framing, design workshops, user research, and testing. Previously, Laetitia worked as a UX Design Consultant and User Researcher at ITNOVEM, where responsibilities included stakeholder interviews, co-creation workshops, and UX benchmarking. Prior roles included positions at Grant Thornton France as Innovation Senior Manager and Knowledge Manager, and Ernst & Young as Account Manager and Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyst. Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in Digital Project Management and UX from GOBELINS Paris, along with various certifications and degrees in competitive intelligence, IT, library sciences, and history.
