Lucile Quessart

Lucile Quessart joined SNCF in 1994 and has held major operational and strategic positions across all of our passenger transport businesses. These include serving as head of the operations unit for Paris Montparnasse station, leading our TGV Atlantique services (2008-2011) and overseeing the contract for the TER network in Alsace (through 2014).

In 2015, she became director of transformation for SNCF Voyageurs. Her achievements in this role include transitioning Voyageurs to its new business model.

Between 2016 and 2021, she managed Transilien lines L and J, and the RER A regional express line in the Paris Region. Working with the organizing authority, Île-de-France Mobilités, and other internal and external partners, Ms Quessart led a number of transformational projects that improved operational performance significantly and simultaneously increased employee engagement.
