Marie-Ange Debon

Executive Chairwoman, Keolis Group at SNCF

Marie-Ange Debon has held a number of executive positions in multinational groups. From 2008 to March 2020, she was a Senior Executive VP at Suez Group, where she led the International division, with €4.6bn in sales and business in over 50 countries, and later the France division, with €5.8bn in sales and 30,000 employees. She first joined Suez as Secretary General when the group listed on Euronext in 2008. From 1998 to 2008, she served as Deputy CFO and later Secretary General at Thomson Group, now Technicolor, and between 1994 and 1998, she was Deputy CEO at France 3. Before that, she was a magistrate at France’s Cour des Comptes from 1990 to 1994. Ms Debon serves on the boards of several listed companies and is Vice-President of MEDEF International, the French employers’ association. She is also a board member of the Maison de Soins Palliatifs Jeanne Garnier, a palliative care centre in Paris. She graduated from Haute École de Commerce in 1986 and École Nationale d'Administration in 1989.
