Marie-Christine Lombard

Marie-Christine Lombard has held chief executive positions in transport and logistics for over 22 years, always in international environments. A graduate of École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales, she spent 11 years in the banking sector at Chemical Bank and Paribas in the US and France, and then joined Jet Services in 1993 as Finance Director. She was appointed CEO in 1997 and later became Chairman of TNT Express France after Jet Services was acquired by TNT.

In 2004 Ms Lombard was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the entire Express division, then Chairman of the Management Board in 2011 when TNT Express became an independent listed company. She joined the Geodis Group in October 2012 as Chief Executive Officer, and was named Executive Board Chairman a year later. She also sits on the Vinci board.
