Raphaël Ménard

Raphaël Ménard is a registered architect (DPLG) with degrees in engineering from École Polytechnique (class of 1997) and civil engineering from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He began his career as an architectural engineer at RFR.

In 2003, he founded Elioth, a multidisciplinary agency that specializes in high value-added project management innovation, and in 2011, he became foresight studies director at Elioth’s parent company, Egis Group. He has also developed several innovations in renewable energies and design.

In October 2020, he also became head of architecture and the environment at SNCF Gares & Connexions.
