Frederic Valfrey

Frederic Valfrey currently serves as a Manager de proximité at SNCF Voyageurs since December 2020, overseeing customer relations across multiple channels. In addition, Frederic has worked as a commercial representative at Markbass since April 2015 and was previously a bassist and artistic manager for the group the eleven from January 2017 to 2021, during which time the album "Grungee Dandee" was released. Frederic's extensive experience at SNCF from 2000 to 2020 included various roles such as Consultant en recrutement, Responsible en Facility Management, and Manager de proximité at Gare Paris Saint Lazare. Early career experience includes serving as a sapeur-pompier at SDIS 78 from 1995 to 2000. Frederic holds several degrees in various fields, including a Licence professionnelle in Human Resource Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and is a trained therapist in sophrology.
