Laurence Falcot

Laurence Falcot is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and operational management. Currently serving as the Directrice adjointe des Ressources Humaines at SNCF Voyageurs since January 2016, Laurence oversees employment, recruitment, and training for the TER AURA. Previously held positions include Responsable Gestion Opérationnelle et Information Voyageurs at the Direction TER, where Laurence focused on operational performance improvement and organizational change management, as well as Directrice Commerciale Régionale for TGV Sud-Est, managing sales strategies across various regions. Laurence began a career in the technology sector as a Chef de projet informatique at Astek from August 1998 to August 2001.
