Marie-Claude RAPP possesses extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as the Dirigeante Unité Opérationnelle Service Lyon at SNCF Voyageurs since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing operational teams of approximately 360 collaborators and overseeing railway safety and service production in the Lyon area. Previously held the position of Dirigeante Unité Opérationnelle Commercialisation Lyon, managing commercial teams and back-office operations. Before SNCF Voyageurs, Marie-Claude RAPP served as Responsable du service aux clients and held significant roles such as Chef de cabinet for the Presidency of Groupe SNCF and Responsable du Bureau de la Direction Affaires Européennes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Relations et affaires internationales from Sciences Po Strasbourg, a Master in Politiques Européennes from Université Robert Schuman, and studies at Freie Universität Berlin, complemented by a certification in Production Voyageurs from SNCF.
