Nicolas Conso

Nicolas Conso currently serves as the Directeur de la stratégie et de la transformation du SI at SNCF Voyageurs since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas was a Partner at Sopra Steria Next from September 2018 to January 2023 and held the position of Chef du département méthodes innovantes, sciences comportementales et écoute usagers at the Direction interministérielle de la transformation publique from October 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the Fonds pour la transformation de l'action publique. Nicolas also held significant roles at the Secrétariat général pour la modernisation de l'action publique, DGME, CDC Numérique, Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, and the Ministère des Armées. Nicolas's educational background includes studies at École Polytechnique, Corps des Mines, and Télécom Paris, culminating in a degree in engineering from the Corps des télécoms.
