PALLUET Stephane has extensive experience in the railway sector, specifically with SNCF Voyageurs since January 2002. Currently serving as Dirigeant d'Entité Opérationnelle, PALLUET leads customer relations teams within the Loire Océan region of TER Pays de la Loire. Previous roles include overseeing Operational Excellence and managing key programs aimed at improving train punctuality and passenger information. PALLUET also held the position of Directeur Méthodes et Standards, focusing on deploying operational excellence initiatives and managing rehabilitation projects. In addition, PALLUET has experience in leading strategic plans and enhancing workplace quality in the commercial train establishment. Early career roots include a managerial role at SERNAM, responsible for operational centers in Le Havre and Rennes. PALLUET holds a Black Belt Lean 6 Sigma certification.
