Philippe Muller

Philippe Muller has extensive experience in the railway sector, currently serving as RAO TER AuRA Responsable Thème Mobilisation & Organisation Filliale at SNCF Voyageurs since July 2012, where responsibilities include preparing for the 2029 operational roll-out and structuring subsidiary organization. Previously held roles include Dirigeant du Pôle Sécurité Exploitation Ferroviaire and Dirigeant Unité Traction TER de Lyon, overseeing safety and production, respectively. Philippe also has experience in change management and quality assurance within the SNCF framework. A graduate of École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille with further qualifications in railway operations, Philippe has developed a comprehensive skill set through various management and production roles in multiple SNCF divisions since 2001.
