Dr. Rasika Kulkarni is an Associate Programme Director in the Public System Partnership of Building Bridges Programme woking with health systems to improve maternal and child health. She is a Dentist by qualification and has over 7 years in Public Health. She has worked extensively for child health in school health programs previously in Americares India Foundation and Swasth Foundation.
