Shreya is Associate Programme Director of the Healthy Cities Programme in Malvani, an informal settlement in Malad, Mumbai and is responsible for the operations and donor reporting of the programme. In her previous role at SNEHA, Shreya served as Programme Coordinator of the SNEHA Centres initiative. Shreya has a strong background in implementation of field-level interventions in child nutrition. Her passion for healthy cooking and recipe development, combined with her proficiency in community processes and mobilization, has led to her conceptualizing events that promote healthy cooking and eating in vulnerable communities. She has over a decade of experience in programme implementation and documentation in public health projects with brief stints in organisations such as Institute of Health Management, Pachod (IHMP) and Catalyst for Social Action. She secured gold and silver medals while pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work from M. S. University in Baroda. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Management from the University.
