Amit Ranade

Amit Ranade is a Partner at Snell & Wilmer since September 2022, with extensive experience in bankruptcy, receiverships, and environmental litigation. Previously, Ranade was a Partner at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. for over 15 years and served as Chairman of the Washington Public Disclosure Commission from 2011 to 2015. As an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Washington School of Law since 2011, Ranade teaches courses on Secured Transactions and Bankruptcy. Ranade holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
