David Nigro

David Nigro is a Partner and Intellectual Property Counsel at Snell & Wilmer, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include building, monetizing, and enforcing intellectual property, alongside advising clients on patent and trademark prosecutions, litigation, and related transactions across various industries and technologies. Prior to this, David Nigro served as Intellectual Property Counsel at Myers Bigel, P.A., and held the role of Counsel at Snell & Wilmer from September 2007 to January 2021. Earlier in David Nigro's career, experience as an Analyst/Application Developer at Accenture was gained from August 2001 to July 2004. David Nigro earned a JD, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University College of Law and a BS in Biology with a minor in Public Policy from Duke University.
