Lisa G. Pearl

Lisa G. Pearl, JD, BCC, currently serves as the Attorney Development Manager at Snell & Wilmer, focusing on enhancing attorney connections and professional growth while leading legal writing programming. Prior to this role, Lisa founded L.P. Consulting Inc., providing customized legal writing training and coaching to empower legal professionals. Experience also includes working as an Attorney Course Designer and Trainer/Consultant at Seyfarth at Work, where Lisa developed and managed e-learning training programs for major corporations. An educator in legal writing, Lisa served as a professor at the University of San Diego and held positions at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and DePaul University College of Law. Early career experiences include serving as a Judicial Law Clerk and Associate Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery. Lisa holds a JD from Northwestern University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
