Emily Hantke has a broad range of work experience. Emily has been working in the field since 2006. Emily began their career as a Corporate Trainer at The Walt Disney Company, where they trained thousands of employees from over 50 lines of business and taught varying curriculums to hundreds of children. In 2014, they moved to the Small Business Growth Alliance as a Training and Development Lead and Corporate Recruiter. In 2017, they joined Seek Business Capital as the Director of People and Culture, Sales Manager, and Sales Training Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Benefits Services and Benefits Manager at SNF Payroll & HR.

Emily Hantke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater from Chapman University from 2005 to 2009. In December of 2022, Emily obtained a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
