Lola Shitta-Bey

Lola Shitta-Bey has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Lola currently serves as the Lead Business Architect at SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association) since March 2023.

Prior to this, Lola worked at Cantium Business Solutions as a Business Architect from January 2022 to August 2023. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the Business Architecture function and architecting the business blueprint/framework. Lola also acted as the lead business architect for a group transformation initiative and created a roadmap to achieve strategic goals.

Lola's previous experience includes working as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield from October 2017 to January 2022. Lola oversaw the business architecture/analysis function on key EMEA wide initiatives and led projects such as the Global Data Management Platform and Payment Systems Re-Platforming Programme.

From May 2016 to October 2017, Lola served as a Senior Business Analyst at the General Dental Council. Lola provided strategic and tactical business architectural analysis and solutions within the Fitness to Practise Directorate.

Earlier in their career, Lola worked as a Business Analyst at Catalyst Housing Limited from October 2012 to April 2016, and as a Consultant at Logica from November 2006 to October 2012. Lola also served as a Lecturer at the University of East London from September 2000 to November 2006.

Throughout their career, Lola has demonstrated expertise in business architecture, analysis, and strategic planning across various industries.

Lola Shitta-Bey obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of East London in 1999-2000. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as Enterprise Architecture in Practice from LinkedIn in 2021, ArchiMate® Certification Program and TOGAF® 9 Certified from The Open Group in 2019, and Business Relationship Management 1 Foundation from APMG International in 2016. Lola also holds an ISEB BCS BA Diploma from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
