Lucy Parkin

Lucy Parkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Account Manager at SNG since May 2023, Lucy has held various roles within Sovereign Housing Association from 2015 to 2023, including Customer Income Data Officer and Income Officer. Prior to this, Lucy worked as an Independent Consultant for Jamberry and held senior sales roles at Temptation Gifts Ltd. and management positions at FatFace and JD Sports Fashion plc. Lucy holds a BSc Hons in Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology from the University of Sussex and has recently completed education with the Housing Diversity Network.
