Nadia Dowling

Nadia Dowling has over 20 years of work experience in the housing association industry. Nadia is currently the Head of Digital Delivery at SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association) since March 2022. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Sovereign Housing Association, including Senior Product Manager, Digital Customer Lead, Head of Resident Development, Head of Neighbourhood Investment, and Head of Leasehold. Nadia also has experience as the Head of Customer Service at Aster Group UK from September 2002 to November 2008.

Nadia Dowling attended the University of Plymouth from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Policy (BSc). In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications as an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from QA Ltd and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Agile8 Consulting Limited.
