Héctor Javier Hurtado Ruesga

Héctor Javier Hurtado Ruesga is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and cybersecurity. Currently serving as an Arquitecto de soluciones at Wealthkernel since May 2022, Héctor is skilled in designing and deploying new functionalities in cloud environments using event-driven architectures. Previously, at BBVA from 2012 to 2021, Héctor held multiple roles, including Senior Cloud and Cybersecurity Architect, where leadership in cybersecurity innovation and digital transformation initiatives was pivotal. Noteworthy contributions included architecting the Corporate Cloud Native Services Architecture and implementing significant mobile applications and the first public REST API for the bank. Earlier experience at MediaNet Software and Renta 4 further solidified Héctor's expertise in project management and functional analysis, culminating in a broad understanding of technological advancements within the banking sector.
