Lead Service Designer/design Researcher at SNGULAR

Sena Aydin Bergfalk, Ph.D., currently serves as Lead Service Designer and Design Researcher at SNGULAR, focusing on strategic product and service experiences through research and systems thinking. In addition to this role, Sena is a Visiting Professor at the Istituto Europeo di Design, teaching mixed research methodologies. Previous experience includes leading research and strategy at Dadanizm, contributing to digital media and branding efforts, and serving as a UX Researcher/Strategist at ROOT, where user research informed social design projects. Sena also has a background as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University and designed courses for the Cornell Prison Education Program. Sena holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Cornell University, as well as a Master's degree from EHESS and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
