Barbara Nickell is an experienced professional in nursing and recruitment, currently serving as the Executive Director of Recruiting at Synico Staffing, Inc. since February 2007, where Barbara manages the placement of over 200 contract employees annually for US Bank Corp and contributes to strategic development as a member of the executive staff. Previously, Barbara held the position of Director of Nursing at Clifton House from February 1995 to April 2007, overseeing a staff of trained Christian Science nurses in a residential facility. Additionally, Barbara served as a self-employed Christian Science Nurse from October 1979 to April 2007, providing skilled physical assistance while promoting a healing atmosphere.
