Emily I. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in real estate and non-profit development. Currently serving as an Affiliate Broker at Griffin Home Group since May 2023, Emily provides exceptional support to clients in the East Tennessee area throughout the home buying and selling process. Alongside this role, Emily has held various positions at Girls Inc. of Kingsport since March 2016, culminating in roles such as Development Consultant and Director of Development & Communications, focusing on mentoring girls through research-based curricula. Additionally, Emily worked as a Sourcer/Recruiter at Nava Benefits, implementing innovative recruiting strategies for engineering positions. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from East Tennessee State University, obtained in 2018.
