Cody Hancock is an accomplished logistics and operations professional with extensive experience in the retail and distribution sectors. Currently serving as Chief Logistics Officer at SNIPES since October 2020, Cody previously held the position of Vice President of Logistics/Distribution at Urban Outfitters from March 2019 to August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Fulfillment - East Coast at Urban Outfitters, and a series of progressively responsible positions at Kohl's between January 2012 and March 2019, culminating as General Manager of Distribution. Cody's foundational experience includes serving in the United States Marine Corps as Operations Manager from October 2002 to April 2011, advancing from Private to Gunnery Sergeant. Additionally, Cody was involved in community initiatives, such as serving as 5k race director for the Toledo Blade in 2011.
